[2] You agree to meet all deadlines set forth in the brainstorming process and be accessible to answer questions and provide clarification on topics, as needed.
[3] You have exactly one calendar year (from the date of purchase) to utilize your 4-Hour Retainer, either via brainstorming sessions or a limited array of consulting services.
